GROUP AIKI JU-JITSU

Description

Group training in Nintai Aiki Ju-Jitsu with Instructor David Oswald.  Classes are 90 minutes and involve a physical warm up and stretching, training in specific techniques and scenarios, and rondori training (simulated conflict).  NOTE: Currently only doing one-on-one training to to start in Vancouver.

Periodically, Westcoast Nintai organizes specialized seminars and training events on a variety of topics relating to our core mission: personal empowerment through perseverence (Nintai).  These range from Aiki Ju-Jitsu Seminars with Kyoshi Pascal Serei, to yoga and sustainability workshops - and many combinations of these.

 
 

YOGA / STRENGTH / SUSTAINABILITY

Description

Focused training in yoga and strength with an emphasis on sustainability and persistence - both physically and mentally.  These principles are delivered with Nintai Aiki Ju-Jitsu principles of fluid movement, and mental focus. You will get stronger, you will become healthier, and you will build a stronger personal resolve - Nintai: perseverence in effort.
